Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using ParkSpot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

ParkSpot is a mobile application that helps you save, remember, and navigate back to your parked vehicle. The service includes GPS-based location saving, parking history, vehicle management, and navigation assistance.

You must create an account using Google Sign-In to use ParkSpot. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure

The App requires access to your device's location to function properly. By using ParkSpot, you grant permission to access GPS coordinates when saving parking spots. Location data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

ParkSpot provides location-based services that depend on GPS accuracy. We cannot guarantee perfect accuracy in all environments (e.g., underground garages, areas with poor signal). Always use your own judgment when navigating to your vehicle.

All content, design, logos, and code within ParkSpot are the intellectual property of the ParkSpot team. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without written permission.

ParkSpot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to inability to locate your vehicle, data loss, or navigation errors.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Account Settings screen.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through in-app notifications.
